In the beginning we will listen carefully to all your requirements, needs, ideas, will consider your preferences, tastes, and step by step start to create a living, working or business space for YOU.

First step –clarification of the task, which will be a base for creation of the space needed. Jointly with you we will clarify the functional purpose of the space, requirements and suggest variants of their design.  We will offer a number of stylistic formats, and that will you who chooses the most suitable one.

Second step - the most creative one - to draw sketches of the project, which will distinguish the final concept of your project. We will elaborate design of all the rooms, work out all the nuances of decoration, finishing works as well textile, furniture, colour decisions.  Your decisions on this stage are also decisive.

The result of the sketching proceeds will be visualised in 3d pictures of all the spaces of your object.

The third step is project documentation, which will provide constructing team with all necessary information construction, finishing works. The project documentation includes the complete package of the  sketches for the rooms,communications, drawings of the decorative elements and furniture if they have been created individually for the project, as well as passports for the finish materials, lightning and sanitary.

The result of our joint work will be the complete design- project,including the final information on the future project. While turning to construction and finish work this document will allow construction team and contractors elaborate precise cost list and calendar plan of works as well as be an attachment to contracts with construction companies.

The choice for construction team and single craftsmen will be crucial for final success. As a rule, incorrect choice of constructors and craftsmen brings much of the disappointments and financial and moral waists.   At this stage we are ready to offer you two variants of cooperation.

The first one - we fulfil the complete realisation of the project, attracting craftsmen and companies, with whom we cooperate for a long period of time and fruitfully.

The second one is to let you chose yourself among the constructing companies and craftsmen, we are ready to escort you through construction works up to the finalisation of the project.

Upon completion of the construction works till the closure the project there is the last but not the least stage - arrangement of furniture, equipment of the household utensils, textile and decor finish. The final touches in the joyful and complicated work will help to create unique space atmosphere, be it your house or office.
